Diagram Notation defines visual representation of zero, one or many Stem Position
Stem Position visual representation is defined by zero, one or many Diagram Notation
The text and graphics shown at a Stem Position are determined by the Diagram Notation.
On the class face Stem Position on the binary association Connector Type, for example, with Starr notation we will draw some kind of arrow head icon and the name of the association perspective will be displayed as adjacent text.
With xUML notation, however, a Line Adjacent Name such as 1..* replaees the icon, but the name of the perspective is displayed as well.
