Fitted Frame places zero or one Scaled Title Block

A Scaled Title Block is positioned within a Fitted Frame by creating a Title Block Placement where a lower left corner is specified.

A Frame can position at most one title block, typically, but not necessarily, in the lower right corner.

For each Title Block Pattern, we typically specify a scaled version for each Sheet Size Group. Then when the user specifies the inclusion of a Title Block Pattern in a new Fitted Frame, there will be scaled version that matches the Sheet's overall size. This does mean that there may be Scaled Title Blocks defined that aren't currently applied to any Fitted Frame.

Constraint

The referenced Fitted Frame.Sheet attribute must belong to the Sheet Size Group defined for the Scaled Title Block, Scaled Title Block.Sheet Size Group
