Here we select some Metadata Item and assign it for display within a Title Block Pattern.

A given Metadata Item may be specified to appear within a title block for any number of Fitted Frames. Each such specification constitutes a Title Block Field.

A title block might be empty, though this is probably not a useful case, but generally determines the positioning of multiple Metadata Items.
