Title Block Field occupies exactly one Region

Region is occupied by zero, one or many Title Block Field

The location of a Title Block Field is, by definition, determined by the placement of a Region within a Data Box. There is no need to repeat the same Metadata Item in more than one place within a title block.

A Region may be left empty in which case it will display blank space.

Since the same Title Block Pattern can be included in many Frames, the same Region can be specified as a location by many Title Block Fields (at most one per Frame). So we'll never put multiple Metadata Items on top of each other in the same Region on any given Frame.
