Code quality

• CCCC analysis of OpenMS http://page.mi.fu-berlin.de/aiche/cccc/cccc.html

• we have linear to none comment amount growth! NTT about a comment offensive:

  • general seek-and-destroy of comment voids
  • use-of preamble (e.g. for makros used)

• compatibility with C++11? Any new language features we should adopt/avoid?

• TOPPBase needs kind of special attention (Warnings & Logger)

• we should consider testbuildserver alternatives (prepare for discussion, I've prepared a list of alternatives:)

• sismo

• hudson

• teamcity

• cruisecontrol

• jeder erzählt kurz was er macht (5-10 Folien) - das haben wir schleifen lassen

• Lizenzproblem

• Refactor some of the tools (-type!), decide on consistent names (SILACAnalyzer)
• TOPPAS, TOPPAS-Paper
• make recalibration tools usable
• MASCOT-Adapter, use of API?
• TTDs, KNIME
• Interface: do not hand on Param objects to the algorithms in the library, TOPP tools should translate this

• aktuelle Probleme:
• TOPP -types: abschaffen? (siehe KNIME etc)
• TRAC tickets * prioritize? Assign? (need incentive...)
• was brauchen wir algorithmisch Neues?
• MSE? SwathMS?
• was muss verbessert werden?!
• OMMSA / X!TAndem integration??
• Einsatz von openBis (Tübingen wird es einsetzen)
