Maintain the shard for the latest crystal version, as this is long due.
Rationalize a bit the specs to allow to run in different environment using env variables. Will add github workflow for CI too.
This doesn't contains feature and might contains a few breaking changes (boolean accessor using
?by convention), but a really small amount.
