Removal of the Contribution Programm

Following internal discussions, we have recently decided to discontinue the Contribution Program and move forward with alternative approaches to documentation for the future.

Overview
Discontinues the Contribution Program content and intake flow. Removes the Contribution Suggestion GitHub issue template and strips contribution-program messaging from the PR template, README, and docs/community-info.md.

Deletes the contribution program documentation pages (docs/contribution-*) and removes related client redirects from docusaurus.config.js, leaving only the general feedback/support issue entry points in .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/config.yml and the updated general feedback template copy.
