Welcome to Elegance

Elegance is a simple web-application that take polls in a quick and simple maner.

1. It allows you to create polls with answers
2. 2 to 5 answers per poll
3. One vote per IP
4. Polls can only be edited by IP that created it if and only if it has no votes.
5. To view results IP must vote.

Getting Started

1. Download Elegance and install dependancies:

    bundle install
   

2. Migrate the Database

    rake db:migrate
