I know, It's very classic but I was need this app. Maybe It's works to you...

It's simple to use

Just you can add, edit subjects and notes. Notes can grouping with subject. You can move subjects and notes.

Automatically saves all of you do (add, editing, and customization)

Add, editing, moving and customizing automatically saves in browser local storage.

You can download notes as file (.quicknote)

You can download all of you do as only file. Data takes from browser local storage and converts to file.
