First decent release

More or less the first release. The previous one missed a few important things like command line options and a README.md description. Those things are added, so it is ready for its first steps in the outside world.

First Initial Release

This is the first initial release. Stuff has still to be added, like command line options. Now it is compiled fixed with some settings, although there are internal variables available to influence and/or filter what comes out.
It is possible to drop certain lines or to shorten certain lines by removing some normally not so relevant information. It could go as far as to only show the errors and warnings of the make process. But as said those options are now set at fixed values at compile time and should be couple with command line options.
