Operating within the "Mission Driven Entrepreneurship" framework, I led a consultancy team for the Defence School of Intelligence.
- Problem Discovery: We conducted deep-dive interviews with MoD personnel, civil servants, and contractors to cut through the noise and identify the root causes of organisational friction.
- Solution Design: We moved beyond theory to deliver a practical implementation roadmap that balanced strict security requirements with the need for organisational agility.

- Operating Model Analysis: I collaborated with an Associate Director to produce a comprehensive report on the operating model, highlighting organisational bottlenecks through rigorous data synthesis and interview analysis.
- Workflow Optimisation: I applied process mapping and SWOT analysis to identify specific delays in procurement approvals.
