v0.12.0: Align app with Vortex 0.12 Live package and publish:assets

- Register Live via packages config (LivePackage) instead of twig_extensions
- Bump vortexphp/framework ^0.12 and vortexphp/live ^0.2
- Run php vortex publish:assets on build and Composer install/update
- Remove explicit LiveController /live/message route (handled by package)
- Document asset publishing in README
