This adds documentation for the Azure Monitor exporter + extends support to Datadog and Prometheus exporters for Tiger Cloud on Azure. An update for additional PG metrics (including a complete list of metrics for all exporters from @niconosenzo) to come in a separate PR, once it is ready for release.
