I put all the vendor files under javascript/vendor and likewise with the stylesheets. I created an app.js file to get you started with a hello world. Open index.html in a browser or IOS simulator or whatever. Thanks for your interest in Junior! Sorry the instructions were a bit unclear. I added an annoted example.js to hopefully clear things up a bit.
