Minor bugfixes

Changes:

• Removed asynchronous BukkitRunnable task calls due to issues with registering tasks to the plugin on disable.
• Specified to not generate structures in MiniWorlds as a precaution. (This should never happen anyways, but it doesn't hurt to be safe!)
• Specified api-version 1.16 in the plugin.yml

Initial Release

Compatible with Spigot 1.16.4.

May be compatible with additional versions of Spigot (and other Bukkit/Spigot derivatives), however this is not guaranteeed or tested.

Known issues:

• Enabling halt-mob-movement in the plugin config.yml causes all mob movement in both MiniWorlds and MiniWorld clones to stop, rather than just mob movement in MiniWorlds and not MiniWorld clones.
