- FileList: show 32x32 inline thumbnail for image/video files with icon fallback on error
- FileGrid: increase thumbnail sizes on desktop (sm:w-20 md:w-24) and use ?size=medium
- Add api.getPreviewUrl() helper to centralize preview URL construction
- Use React state for error handling instead of DOM manipulation
