Detects MCR font in images and returns text
WARNING: This is very bare-bones and not built to be user friendly!
Instructions:
install the necessary dependencies.
Next, in the command-line in the checker directory run these comamnds:
make
./micr.sh
When asked for Image file directory, input:
SampleData
After a few seconds you should be asked Display check info?(y/n):
Enter "y" to compare the results to the actual images. Enter "n" to exit the program.
This is a simple project to test iamge recognition software and practice machine learning.
