refactor: rewrite major parts

[FC5570]

Current changes:

• implemented new api features
• renamed country -> market to maintain consistency
• types implemented and code improved
• remove extra validation (this is supposed to be done by the user)
• run tests one after the other to prevent ratelimit (remove concurrency)
• revamp project structure
• removed genres manager (deprecated by API)
• make client persistency optional i.e access token renewal interval will not be created if ClientOptions.persistent is false.
