Expose `DisableSSL` and `ForcePathStyle` flags via `type S3BackupSource struct` so that users can set them in the backup and restore manifests. According to the docs, it's not possible to configure that via file: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cli/latest/userguide/cli-config-files.html
On a busy system it can take a bit more time for all pods to reach state running, thus raise the retry count from 6 to 10.
