We're not talking about the psd, but the actual KB that the user has to load in order to view the page. This is meant to be viewed on mobile devices.

Spencer,

Apologies for the delay. You should be able to run the build process and
have grunt serve the minified files. Request sizes are drastically reduced
and concatenated. After installing dependencies please run "grunt
serve:dist" (also added to Readme).
