• ./matlab - rewritten MATLAB version of the original [Changes below].
  • MEX c programs updated for contemporary C
  • smaller performance enhancements
  • suggestions for future improvements (parallel processing etc.)
• ./python - python version, forthcoming implementation implemented using Keras with a pytorch backend
