Based on #3

This PR aims to make the website fully functional by integrating the old events and their data with this year's event in a new interface as a preparation for the 2026 event!

Paths:

/(year) Displays that year's event. If not found in the data folder, then revert to the latest year
/cft Displays the Call for talks page
/tools/eventmake A simple JSON online editor for the event files, so it's easier to change details about an event
