• remove unused local endpoint at /api/memories/create
• remove unused client helper at lib/createMemory.tsx
• keep memory copy/get/delete-trailing migration surface unchanged

Verification

• searched repository for createMemory and /api/memories/create references; none remain
• pnpm build in chat still fails on pre-existing unrelated baseline issues, not introduced by this PR
