• For Shopify Basic + Grow (without carrier service), we now added a UI Extension for Pickup Locations that can be used on the thank-you and order status page. We did this, because Shopify deprecated Script tags since februari 1st.

Met de release 3.6.0 kunnen klanten die onze app na 1 februari 2025 hebben geïnstalleerd vanaf nu ook gebruik maken van de PostNL afhaalpunten op de Bedankt-pagina van de check-out. Lees in de handleiding hoe je de afhaalpunten activeert voor het Basic plan (sectie 3.2.2 - Afhaalpunten activeren Basic).

Klanten die onze app vóór 1 februari 2025 hebben geïnstalleerd kunnen nu de Bedankt-pagina en Order status-pagina updaten. Lees hier welke stappen daarvoor nodig zijn.

• Hotfixed the issue where labels could not be created. This was due to authentication conflicts and changes brought with Shopify's App Bridge, that our app uses to make API calls.

• Fixed an issue where line items (products in a user's shopping cart), which don't have a country of origin/hsCode, could not be exported to PostNL (due to changes in 3.3.0).

3.3.0 - 22-04-2025

• Insured shipping: on the order detail page, the option to send a shipment insured is only shown if this is possible. This prevents merchants from thinking that a shipment is insured when this is not the case.

Fixed:
• Non EU shipping label – Country of origin: Country of origin is taken from the settings and is no longer NL by default
• Non EU shipping label – Nonphysical products: Nonphysical product no longer visible.
• Non EU shipping label – Tipping option: tips no longer visible.
• Pick-up point: for webshop holders with a Shopify plan ‘Grow’ or higher the new pick-up points were not always directly available. This issue was caused by the fact that Country was not saved in database of the PostNL app. This happened when Billing address was not correctly entered when installing the PostNL app. With this release this issue is fixed.
