Code Review

This pull request adds polars to the RAPIDS configuration. My review suggests a change to use the GPU-enabled version of Polars to better align with the GPU-accelerated nature of the RAPIDS environment. This will ensure that Polars operations can leverage the GPU for better performance.

Note: Security Review has been skipped due to the limited scope of the PR.

For a RAPIDS configuration, which is focused on GPU acceleration and already includes cudf, it is recommended to use the GPU-enabled version of Polars, polars-lts-gpu. This will allow Polars to leverage the GPU for improved performance, which is aligned with the goals of a RAPIDS environment. Using the CPU version might create a performance bottleneck.
