This PR contains code for working with Plasmo's
RemoteOptiGraphfor working with distributed memory. The code base is functional (future work could include making the code somewhat more elegant) and extends the functionality of the previous versions of PlasmoBenders to also work with theRemoteOptiGraphcase. There is additional source code to support this as well as additional unit tests.
