Summary
Add the form submission webhook payload to TypeSpec and regenerate the OpenAPI output.
What changed
Why
The docs site already documented the form submit webhook as , but it only existed as a docs-only schema. Moving it into TypeSpec makes the webhook schema part of the canonical API spec and keeps docs and generators aligned.
