Add tools to tool doc page

• Add Zarr.NET to tools
• Add ome-writer and nd2 converter
• Add mesoSPIM-control to tools
• Add bia-zarr to tools

Adding a few new tools to the documentation. Pinging @AlanMWatson/@nvladimus, @matthewh-ebi , @tlambert03 , @BiologyTools just to make sure I did not get anything terribly wrong.

Happy to include it here! I am not sure on https://github.com/ome/omero-zarr-pixel-buffer or https://github.com/glencoesoftware/omero-zarr-pixel-buffer as the canonical one to point too, though.

Thanks @lubianat / @will-moore ! I'm not sure either, ome or glencoesoftware, ome is the more experimental/development repository, glencoesoftware is the stable option. I'd say rather the ome one, because one can see that is a fork of glencoesoftware (your thoughts @jburel ? ), should probably add some more info about this on the ome fork's Readme.

@dominikl thanks! I've added the ome one for now. We can change it in the future if needed

@lubianat Apologies, I think we discussed this earlier today and decided it should be the glencoe repo we list here, since that's where we want people to install from.

Then, if devs are interested in contributing, we can redirect them to the ome repo from there. Thanks.
