oh... I forgot this one in the PR review! It is just docs, but it touches on many RFC documents. There were some trailing whitespace fixes that got in the mix too. |

As part of work on German-BioImaging/ome-zarr-acknowledgments#32, I have noticed that commenters are often not present in the main page of RFCs.
This PR adds those extra documentation likes, improving findability of comments. It also makes sure those names are present on tables, so easier to reach for ome/ngff-spec#31
It also fix typos found on a few names
