Transitive dependency. Ran cargo update rustls-webpki --precise 0.103.10 to bump rustls-webpki from 0.103.9 to 0.103.10 in Cargo.lock. No source file changes required — the update is API-compatible (patch release). Dependents libp2p-tls 0.6.2, rustls 0.23.37, and rustls-platform-verifier 0.5.3 all accept ^0.103.x.
