@nref - I tried to use a hash at the first symbol - but it didn't work. Can you kindly elaborate which comments syntax you are using? Also, it would be probably good to deliver the default .json files with comments ;) That helps understanding them a bit better without having to lookup.

It's // which is the conventional (but nonstandard) comment in dotnet. I'll make sure the configs ship with an example in the next release.
