Contexto
Existem muitos cadastros que estão parando na última etapa, de upload de arquivos, após uma analise e alguns testes executados, percebemos uma dificuldade de fazer upload de arquivos grandes e principalmente em dispositivos com acesso instável a internet como 5g. Esse PR buscar fazer uma serie de configurações no servidor para resolver o máximo de casos, entendendo que não seja possível talvez resolver todos eles devido a quantidade de variáveis contidas neste caso para o sucesso.
