lib/swimmy/command/artist.rbにおいて，アーティストの情報が取得できなかった際にエラーメッセージが表示されないようになっていた．これについては，情報の取得に失敗した時に Nil となるクラスに対して，常にメッセージ作成の処理で参照するようになっていたことが原因であった．そのため，メッセージの作成処理も begin - rescue 間に記述することでエラーメッセージが表示されるよう修正した．
