Fixed bug in Surface.__repr__() that would raise a TypeError when you attempted to print a Surface object that was created with no arguments to console.

Fixed bug in Surface.repr() that would raise a TypeError when you attempted to print a Surface object that was created with no arguments to console. Also slightly reformatted the message to remove double line breaks (Maybe from python 2)
