Cross-section linearization for incident charged particles.
The resulting PENDF tape contains the linearized cross-section data on a common incident-energy grid. The MF3 file retains all the original MTs provided in the evaluated ENDF-formatted file. Minor updates have been introduced to improve the treatment of threshold values for photon-induced reactions. The value of NSUB (sublibrary) determines the operating mode of the module. Redundant cross sections are not recalculated for incident charged particles (NSUB>=10010) nor photonuclear data (NSUB=0).
