Steps to run locally

1. Create src/app/env.json by copying src/app/env.json.dev, and fill the info inside.
2. Prepare Angular dev environment, node, npm, @angular/cli, etc.
3. In project directory, run npm install in terminal to install packages.
4. In project directory, run ng serve in terminal to build and serve the app locally. Follow the instruction in the terminal to open the app in browser.
