Added session management controls when opening a session from the toolbar and when closing a session tab via the Close button. Added configurable session mode: users can choose to resume the last session or start a new one. Implemented session store, session mode panel, Save & Switch dialog, and Rename button visibility fix (hidden unless Resume Specific is selected).

Added session management controls when opening a session from the toolbar
and when closing a session tab via the Close button. Added configurable
session mode: users can choose to resume the last session or start a new

On IDE restart, NEW and CONTINUE_LAST sessions now use the global
preference (contextMenuSessionMode) instead of restoring the saved mode.
Only RESUME_SPECIFIC sessions restore the exact session via --resume <id>.

Removed activeSessionMode / savedSessionMode fields; updated docs.
