Summary

scaffold a TypeScript-ready Next.js application within the src directory structure
configure ESLint and Prettier along with lint and format npm scripts
add starter UI components, styles, and changelog entries documenting removed defaults

Testing

npm install (fails: registry returned 403 Forbidden in the execution environment)
