With a recent change, Total Events metrics no longer use Poisson distribution; variance is now calculated directly from per-user event counts treated as a continuous variable. Updated the documentation to match that.

Total Events metrics now use per-user event counts as a continuous
variable with variance calculated directly, rather than Poisson.
Total Sessions still uses Poisson. Updated both the distributions
overview and the lift calculation sections.
