Overview
Reintroduces Mintlify workflow definitions under .mintlify/workflows to guide automated documentation tasks triggered by pushes across mintlify/docs, mintlify/mint, and mintlify/server.

Adds workflows to (1) prompt doc updates when frontend rendering changes land, (2) draft end-user feature docs from recent PR diffs (with privacy constraints and no automerge), (3) translate changed MDX/API spec content and mirror docs.json structure across es/fr/zh, and (4) update Vale vocabulary based on new terminology introduced in merged changes.
