Pull request overview
Updates the GitHub Actions workflow name so the “Patches Apply Cleanly”/test-related check appears at the top of the PR checks list, improving visibility of early failures (per #2148).
Changes:
- Renamed the workflow from
"Test"to"0: Test"to force sort ordering in the PR checks UI. - Added an inline comment documenting why the
"0:"prefix is used.
