Changes PHPUnit config to: - Enable error reporting - Error on deprecation warnings Note that due to PHPUnits way of parsing warnings, not all deprecations may lead to errors.

This originally came up in #243. Apologies for not re-basing and providing a cleaner PR, but I expect this to not be a problem as commits are squashed. Let me know if you need a cleaned up PR. |
