SourcesJarLocatorwas sequentially checking for source jars using blocking network calls (HEAD requests). This was a significant bottleneck when resolving dependencies with many artifacts.📊 Impact: Expected to reduce the time taken to check for source jars significantly, roughly proportional to the number of available threads, as these are I/O bound operations.
🔬 Measurement: Verified with existing tests
