…net (chain ID 713715) Multicall3 is already deployed at the canonical address on Sei Testnet (atlantic-2). We're also removing Sei EVM Devnet. This adds the missing entry to deployments.json.
Replace deprecated seitrace.com explorer links with seiscan.io for both Sei EVM Testnet (chain ID 1328) and Sei EVM Mainnet (chain ID 1329).

Update Sei EVM entries in
deployments.json: replace deprecated Sei Devnet (chain ID713715) with Sei Testnet (chain ID1328), and migrate explorer URLs fromseitrace.comtoseiscan.iofor both Testnet and Mainnet.Tests
No tests needed — metadata-only change to
deployments.json. The Multicall3 contract address is unchanged on both networks.Additional context
Sei Devnet is no longer used for devs (we have an available Testnet, chain ID
1328). The Sei block explorer has moved from seitrace.com to seiscan.io, making the previous URLs stale.Metadata
