Soy María, data scientist de Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Coordino un equipo de ciencia de datos del Ministerio de Salud de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires y trabajo como AI Software Developer en The Global Health Network, donde desarrollo herramientas de inteligencia artificial y software abierto para apoyar la investigación en salud global. También enseño programación con R, Ciencia de Datos y estadística desde hace más de 5 años.

Soy organizadora de R-Ladies Buenos Aires, integrante del equipo Global de R-Ladies, e instructora certificada de The Carpentries y disfruto de trabajar en proyectos colaborativos de ciencia abierta, ciencia de datos y programación. También formo parte de MetaDocencia desarrollando su infraestructura y enseñando herramientas técnicas para el desarrollo de ciencia abierta.

I'm' María, Data Scientist from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

I coordinate a data science team at the Ministry of Health of the City of Buenos Aires and work as an AI Software Developer at The Global Health Network, where I develop AI-based and open-source tools to support global health research. I teach R programming, Data Science, and statistics and have over five years of teaching experience.

I am an organizer of R-Ladies Buenos Aires, part of R-Ladies Global Team, and a certified instructor of The Carpentries and enjoy working on collaborative projects in open science, data science and programming. I am also part of MetaDocencia developing its infrastructure and teaching technical tools for open science development.
