- Added Headways state for RDS - Uses Headway Section and modified status departure times for displaying Headway messages - Fixed up bug where Pattern Destinations and Departure Destinations were duplicating due to unloaded parent stops, now we're comparing stop/line ids and headsigns with the `uniq` check
