Considering isort, black, and pydocstyle as pre-commit hook. Fix problems with testing and incorrect backend: currently only torch supported.
Adding support for automatic version resolving, testing, pre-commit hooks and github CI pipeline.

Added CI pipeline and poetry. Including some preliminary code checking and pre-commit hooks.
