Addresses #124.

The text contains in the section "Whole genome sequencing and variant calling" the sentence "All samples in Ag3.16 have been sequenced individually to high coverage using Illumina technology at the Wellcome Sanger Institute." which is not true (Rob McCann's samples were not sequenced at the WSI. Several other releases (in Af) where the statement is also untrue still have this text, though. Once we decide to address this, I will create an issue to update the Af VUGs accordingly.

I replaced the above statement with "All samples in 1333-VO-GH-AMENGA-ETEGO and 1352-VO-GW-OSORIO have been sequenced individually to high coverage using Illumina technology at the Wellcome Sanger Institute. All samples in 1355-VO-MW-MCCANN have been sequenced using Illumina technology at the University of Maryland." I am not sure they used Illumina, though.

Thanks @jonbrenas, just to note a small typo on "have been sequenced ndividually".

Can I also suggest a small change to ensure it is clear the sequencing was not done by us? "to high coverage using Illumina technology by collaborators at the University of Maryland". Happy for you to fix the Af ones.
