To start the application you need to install the Apache Cordova and Ionic libraries
npm install -g cordova ionic
After successfully install go to cd ./todoApp and run command ionic lab
And you see implemetation of todoApp on Android/iOS/Windows devices.
You can access app by URL - TodoApp
