linebender/fearless_simd#105 significantly changed the
LevelAPI. This PR updates Vello to work with the new API, mainly so that I can test out my future fearless_simd changes on Vello.Doesn't need review yet.
EDIT: I've pointed it to my
more-avx2branch so I can test AVX2 on CI.
